From time to time people e-mail me at myexwifesweddingdress@gmail.com to tell me what they did with their wedding dresses or what they would like to see me do with mine. This e-mail from Joan really made me laugh. What is the value of a once worn wedding dress? Here is her take . . .

This is not so much about a use, but making a good deal for an old wedding dress. My friend Anna traded her wedding dress from a very short-lived marriage to the woman who removes dog manure from her yard.
So what is a tainted wedding dress worth?
The value of someone picking up dog crap from your yard for a month.
Seems like a fair trade to me.

Have to disagree with you here. This is not a fair trade at all…the poor woman who got the wedding dress for picking up your dog poop in the yard got ripped off! I think you took advatage of the dog-poop-picker-upper. The wedding dress is not worth anywhere NEAR that work.
